Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Help patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Assist nurses with medical procedures, treatments, and examinations as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment.
- Observe and report any changes in patients' physical or mental condition.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a comfortable and reassuring atmosphere.
- Document care provided accurately and timely in patient records.
- Ensure patient comfort and dignity at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and hospital policies.
