Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties, including site preparation, trenching, scaffolding, and material handling.
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers) as needed.
- Load and unload construction materials, ensuring proper storage and organization on-site.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
