Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end visa sponsorship application process for international candidates.
- Provide expert guidance to candidates on UK immigration laws, visa requirements, and compliance.
- Coordinate all aspects of candidate relocation, including sourcing and securing suitable accommodation in Carlisle and the surrounding areas.
- Act as a primary point of contact for international candidates, offering empathetic support and resources to facilitate their integration into the local community.
- Liaise effectively with government agencies, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in UK immigration legislation and advise on policy implications.
- Develop, implement, and refine relocation policies and support services to enhance the candidate experience.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of UK immigration laws and visa sponsorship processes (e.g., Skilled Worker visa).
