Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, escorting them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing the POS system efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
