Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and clear-down of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them efficiently to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism, escalating complex issues to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare condiments, cutlery, and other table essentials for service.
- Assist with washing dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils when required.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and checking deliveries.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house colleagues to ensure seamless service.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions as per company policy.
