Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential customers in various designated locations (markets, events, retail outlets) to promote products and services.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Clearly explain pricing, promotional offers, and answer customer inquiries comprehensively.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets, contributing to overall team objectives.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights, reporting back to management for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all promoted products, services, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure excellent customer service, building positive brand perception and fostering customer loyalty.
- Accurately record sales activities and customer interactions as required.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hausa/Nupe.
