Job Description

Are you a meticulous and empathetic professional with a deep understanding of UK immigration policies and a passion for facilitating global talent mobility? Career.supersecrets, a leading recruitment partner in Plymouth, is seeking a dedicated Visa & Relocation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is crucial in supporting our mission to connect skilled professionals from around the world with rewarding career opportunities across diverse industries within the UK, particularly in the thriving Southwest region.

As a Visa & Relocation Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of our international recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth and compliant journey for candidates requiring visa sponsorship. Your expertise will span the entire process, from initial eligibility assessments and comprehensive documentation preparation to liaising with immigration authorities, legal counsel, and crucially, providing compassionate, end-to-end support to our candidates. You will guide professionals across various sectors – including healthcare, engineering, maritime, and hospitality – through the complexities of the UK immigration system, making their transition to Plymouth and beyond as seamless as possible. This involves advising on suitable visa routes (e.g., Skilled Worker, Health and Care Worker visas), meticulously compiling application packages, tracking progress, and proactively resolving any potential issues to prevent delays.

Beyond the administrative aspects, this role demands a strong human touch and cultural sensitivity. You will offer invaluable practical relocation advice, assisting candidates with insights into finding suitable accommodation, navigating local services, understanding public transport, and integrating into the vibrant community of Plymouth. Your ability to communicate complex legal information clearly and empathetically will be key to building trust and alleviating anxieties for individuals embarking on a new chapter in their lives. You will work closely and collaboratively with our recruitment consultants, candidates, and external legal partners to ensure all processes adhere rigorously to the latest Home Office guidelines and internal compliance standards. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to make a tangible, life-changing impact, helping individuals and families establish new roots and contribute their talents to the UK economy. If you are driven by this mission and possess an unwavering commitment to detail and compliance, we invite you to contribute your expertise to our growing team.
