A Record Label A&R Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the talent acquisition and artist development pipeline within the music industry. Key Responsibilities

- Review and evaluate demo submissions, online profiles, and live performances.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, producers, and other industry contacts.
- Assist in the administrative aspects of artist contracts, recording agreements, and project clearances.
- Coordinate recording sessions, mixing, mastering, and other production milestones.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of artist contacts, submissions, and project statuses.
- Collaborate with marketing, publicity, legal, and business affairs departments.
- Provide administrative support to senior A&R executives.
