Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and thorough patrols of the estate perimeter, common areas, and designated zones to ensure continuous security and immediately detect any irregularities.
- Operate and continuously monitor advanced surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly and effectively to any alerts or suspicious activities.
- Strictly control and manage all access points to the estate, meticulously verifying the identity of all visitors and ensuring only authorized individuals are granted entry.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and comprehensive records of all incidents, visitor logs, and daily operational activities in a standardized logbook.
- Respond effectively and according to established protocols to a variety of emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fire alarms, and potential security breaches.
- Provide courteous assistance and clear directions to residents and visitors, serving as a professional and helpful first point of contact.
- Enforce all estate rules and regulations fairly, consistently, and respectfully to maintain order, safety, and security within the community.
- Proactively identify and report any maintenance issues, potential hazards, or safety concerns observed during patrols or routine duties.
- Actively collaborate with senior security personnel and estate management to continuously review and enhance overall estate security strategies and procedures.
- Participate diligently in all mandatory ongoing training sessions and drills designed to improve security knowledge, emergency response capabilities, and professional skills.
