Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential customers in designated outdoor locations (markets, events, public spaces).
- Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and promotions to drive interest and sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and encourage trials to generate immediate conversions.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights, reporting findings to the marketing team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and promotional targets.
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor, representing the company brand positively.
- Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and samples.
- Assist in the setup and dismantle of promotional displays at various locations.
- Monitor competitor activities and report on market trends.
- Contribute to the development of new promotional strategies based on field experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (minimum 12 months).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Kinyarwanda and English.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles.
