- Schedule and oversee routine vehicle maintenance and repairs with approved service providers.
- Plan efficient routes using navigation tools, considering traffic conditions, road closures, and optimal travel times.
- Adhere strictly to all Nigerian traffic laws, safety regulations, and employer-specific driving protocols.
- Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and licensing renewals, ensuring all are current.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, shopping, or other packages as required.
- Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and professional affairs.
- Communicate effectively and proactively regarding vehicle status, potential delays, schedule changes, or any issues encountered.
