Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality, professional photographs at various events and commercial shoots as per client briefs.
- Utilize professional photography equipment, ensuring optimal settings and techniques for diverse shooting environments.
- Perform comprehensive post-production work, including image selection, colour correction, retouching, and cropping using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and project managers to understand objectives and deliver visual content that aligns with their vision.
- Manage project timelines efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of edited images in required formats.
- Maintain and care for personal photography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition for all assignments.
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and ethics during all client interactions and shoots.
- Proactively seek feedback and continuously refine photographic skills and techniques.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Events and Commercial Photographer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with professional-grade DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and various lenses.
- Expert-level knowledge of photo editing software, including Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to changing project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with video capture and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with drone photography for aerial shots.
