Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training sessions related to food and beverage service, hygiene, and customer relations.
- Assist senior servers in setting up dining areas, including tables, chairs, and necessary service items.
- Learn and memorize menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings to confidently answer guest questions.
- Observe and practice taking accurate food and drink orders, utilizing POS systems as instructed.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and politely, adhering to service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving stations, dining areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude, escalating issues when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
