Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses to introduce Career.supersecrets’ services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding client needs and pain points.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for our senior recruitment consultants.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through professional communication.
- Learn and effectively articulate the value proposition of Career.supersecrets.
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills.
