- Provide exemplary front-of-house service, including welcoming guests, serving meals and drinks, and managing formal dinners.
- Oversee the care and presentation of silver, crystal, china, and valuable household items.
- Manage household inventories, including provisioning supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Act as a central point of contact for external vendors and contractors, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standard.
- Assist with personal shopping, errands, and managing appointments for the principals.
- Coordinate and supervise other household staff (e.g., housekeepers, chefs) to ensure harmonious operations.
- Maintain the principals' wardrobes, including care for fine garments and packing/unpacking for travel.
- Manage household budgets and petty cash, providing accurate records.
- Ensure the security and privacy of the residence and its occupants at all times.
