Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client screenings and assessments to determine needs and appropriate levels of care.
- Collaborate with senior counselors and supervisors to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy).
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and facilitate referrals to external resources when appropriate.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and case conferences.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance counseling skills and stay updated on best practices.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by relevant licensing bodies and the company.
