Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collection, organization, and cleaning of HR-related data from various sources.

  • Learn to use analytical tools and software to process and interpret people data.
  • Collaborate with senior People Analytics Consultants to understand client needs and project objectives.
  • Help maintain data integrity and security protocols within HR information systems.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for data-driven solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in people analytics.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to support the People Analytics team.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of data visualization principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Basic familiarity with HR concepts and metrics.
