Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update candidate information into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other databases.
- Perform regular data cleansing activities to ensure the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of recruitment data.
- Assist recruiters with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, sending calendar invitations, and managing correspondence.
- Generate basic reports on candidate pipelines, application volumes, and recruitment metrics as required.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all recruitment-related documents.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary paperwork and assisting with new hire documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for routine candidate queries and provide exceptional administrative support to the recruitment team.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
