Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience.
- Accurately process over-the-counter sales using the pharmacy's point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pharmacy counter and shelving areas, including fronting products.
- Receive and unpack incoming deliveries, meticulously checking for order accuracy and any damages.
- Assist in comprehensive inventory management, including stock rotation, monitoring expiry dates, and conducting stock counts.
- Effectively direct customer inquiries to the Pharmacist or other appropriate staff members when professional advice or further assistance is required.
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly, ensuring daily sales reconciliation and adherence to financial protocols.
- Ensure strict compliance with all pharmacy policies, procedures, and health regulations, including patient confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Actively learn and adhere to proper handling, storage, and display procedures for all pharmaceutical and health products.
