Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior cobblers with daily repair tasks, including cleaning, sanding, and preparing materials.
- Learn and practice basic shoe repair techniques such as heel and sole replacement under direct supervision.
- Cut, shape, and stitch various types of leather and rubber components with increasing proficiency.
