Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise technical drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software (primarily AutoCAD) according to project specifications.
- Assist senior draftsmen and engineers in the creation of detailed designs and layouts for various engineering disciplines.
- Incorporate redline markups and design changes into existing drawings accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant industry standards, building codes, and company guidelines.
- Organize and maintain drawing files, ensuring proper version control and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members through virtual communication tools and participate in remote project meetings.
- Continuously learn and apply new drafting techniques, software functionalities, and design principles.
- Perform basic calculations and material take-offs as required for design documentation.
- Contribute to the improvement of drafting processes and standards within the team.
Required Skills
