Key Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Dietitians with client interviews, data collection, and preliminary assessments.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute nutrition education materials and resources to clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, dietary plans, and appointment schedules.
- Support the scheduling of client appointments and manage calendar updates for dietitians.
- Aid in the preparation of specialized meal plans or dietary recommendations as directed by the dietitian.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of consultation rooms and work areas.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, addressing inquiries and providing general information.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office and educational supplies.
