Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalised one-on-one tuition in the student's home environment.

- Monitor and track student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Prepare students for examinations, assessments, and academic milestones with focused revision and practice (e.g., 7+, 11+, GCSE, A-Level, IB, university admissions).
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Maintain a professional, punctual, and reliable approach to all tutoring engagements.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning atmosphere that motivates students.
Required Skills
- Exceptional subject matter expertise in at least one academic area (e.g., Maths, English, Sciences, Humanities, Languages).
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse age groups.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to various student personalities and learning stages.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities to manage multiple clients and lesson schedules.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and student development.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage a flexible schedule.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one upon successful application).
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university in a relevant academic field.
