Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate diagnostic formulations.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning with their goals and therapeutic needs.
- Provide evidence-based individual and potentially group counseling sessions remotely using secure telehealth platforms.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with all ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
- Actively participate in regular clinical supervision sessions and team meetings to enhance professional growth and ensure quality care.
- Collaborate with supervisors and peers to discuss client progress, treatment strategies, and case management.
- Adhere strictly to all professional ethical standards, state licensing board regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related mental health field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for remote client interaction.
- Demonstrated empathy, active listening abilities, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and comfort utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual sessions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining meticulous records.
- Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
- Eligibility for provisional licensure in Kansas (e.g., LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, LMSW) or actively pursuing it.
Preferred Qualifications
- Provisional licensure (e.g., LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate) in Kansas already obtained or in process.
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
- Previous internship, practicum, or volunteer experience in a mental health setting.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish/English) to serve a broader client demographic.
