We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and experienced Private Chauffeur to serve the CEO of a prominent entity in Ajman. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and discreet transportation for the CEO to all scheduled appointments, meetings, and personal engagements.
- Maintain the CEO's vehicle(s) to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and mechanical readiness, performing regular checks and coordinating maintenance/servicing as required.
- Plan and optimize routes, considering traffic, road conditions, and security protocols to ensure timely arrivals.
- Demonstrate exceptional defensive driving skills and adherence to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Exercise utmost discretion and confidentiality regarding all professional and personal matters of the CEO.
- Assist with minor personal errands or administrative tasks as requested by the CEO, such as package delivery or collecting documents.
- Manage fuel levels, tolls, parking, and vehicle registration/insurance renewals.
- Maintain accurate logbooks of journeys, mileage, and vehicle expenses.
- Be available on call and flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional public holidays, as dictated by the CEO's schedule.
- Ensure a comfortable and productive environment within the vehicle for the CEO.
Required Skills
- Valid UAE Driving License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a private chauffeur, preferably for a high-profile individual or senior executive.
- Exceptional driving skills, including defensive driving techniques.
- Proficiency in navigating Ajman and other Emirates (Dubai, Sharjah) using GPS and local knowledge.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and time management skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Strong understanding of luxury vehicle maintenance and operation.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an executive support team.
