Key Responsibilities
- Accurately print and apply shipping labels to packages according to designated orders and shipping instructions.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against packing slips and order forms to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect packages for damage, defects, or incorrect items before labeling and shipment.
- Organize and prepare packages for dispatch, ensuring they are ready for collection by courier services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the labeling and packing area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks, if necessary (training provided).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any discrepancies or issues.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency for label printing systems.
- Ability to read and understand shipping instructions and product codes.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Capable of standing, walking, and lifting packages up to 15 kg for extended periods.
