Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on all resort equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Conduct general repairs and upkeep of resort buildings, rooms, common areas, and exterior grounds.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various systems and equipment, implementing timely solutions.
- Carry out painting, plastering, and minor renovation tasks as required.
- Maintain swimming pools and water features, ensuring proper chemical balance and cleanliness.
- Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping duties, ensuring a neat and attractive appearance.
- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless resort operations.
- Document all maintenance work performed and report any major issues to management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably within a hospitality or resort environment.
