Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, receive garments, and accurately process orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Inspect garments for stains, damages, and special care instructions, marking them appropriately.
- Assist with sorting and categorizing clothing items by fabric type, color, and cleaning method.
- Operate and maintain dry cleaning and laundry machinery under supervision, adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform various spotting and stain removal tasks using appropriate chemicals and techniques.
- Execute pressing and finishing of garments, ensuring a crisp, professional appearance.
- Conduct quality control checks on cleaned and pressed items before packaging.
- Organize and prepare finished orders for customer pick-up.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues with a friendly and efficient approach.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain high standards of quality.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency for order processing and inventory management.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift and move moderate weights (up to 15 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic German language skills (B1 level or higher) to communicate with customers and colleagues.

- Prior experience in a dry cleaning, laundry, or retail customer service environment.
