Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments, including patient history, review of systems, and appropriate diagnostic interpretation.
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practice guidelines via telehealth platforms.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and making referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation, adhering to all privacy and confidentiality regulations (HIPAA).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.

Required Skills
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California (NP, FNP, ANP, AGNP preferred).
- National Board Certification (e.g., AANP or ANCC).
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and telehealth technology platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong diagnostic and critical thinking skills.
- High-speed, reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant home office workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
