Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, including equipment and serving areas.
- Monitor and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, reporting needs to management.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and resolving concerns.
