Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Replenish guest room supplies, amenities, and linen.
- Change bed linen and make beds daily, ensuring a high standard of presentation.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all surfaces.
- Handle and dispose of waste and recyclable materials properly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and resort policies.
- Maintain a polite, friendly, and discreet demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Assist with laundry operations and linen management as needed.
- Ensure the proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
