Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and operation of machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products onto and off production lines.
- Perform basic quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering strictly to all housekeeping standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Provide general assistance to skilled workers and operators in various manufacturing tasks as needed.
- Transport materials and finished goods within the facility using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) after receiving proper training.
- Accurately package and label finished products in preparation for storage or shipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or potential safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Actively collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain overall operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Basic communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 kg repeatedly.
