Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the private residence, ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
- Serve meals and beverages with formal etiquette, coordinating with culinary staff as required.
- Welcome and attend to principals and their guests, anticipating needs and providing a seamless hospitality experience.
- Manage household inventory, including fine china, silverware, crystal, and wine cellar, ensuring proper care and stock levels.
- Oversee and manage other household staff (e.g., housekeepers, gardeners), including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors for maintenance, repairs, and projects.
- Handle wardrobe management, including packing/unpacking, care of fine garments, and liaising with dry cleaners.
- Manage personal shopping, errands, and travel arrangements for the principals.
- Organise and facilitate private events, dinner parties, and functions within the residence.
- Maintain security protocols and act as a liaison with security personnel.
- Handle household accounts and petty cash with meticulous record-keeping.
