Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Set up and replenish food counters, ensuring attractive presentation of dishes.
- Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly and efficient attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen, dining, and service areas.
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all crockery, cutlery, and glassware are clean.
- Clear and clean tables, ensuring dining areas are ready for the next service.
- Assist with stock rotation and ensuring proper storage of food items.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and requests professionally.
