Key Responsibilities
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and media with high accuracy and precision.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
- Assist senior scientists and technicians in setting up and conducting experiments.
- Accurately record, organize, and maintain experimental data and results.
- Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols, quality control standards, and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies and reagents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile laboratory working environment.
- Participate in data analysis and presentation preparation as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory procedures and workflows.
