Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging, based on patient needs.
- Prescribe medications and provide medication management, adhering to all state and federal regulations.
- Provide patient education on chronic disease management, preventive care, and health promotion.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough electronic health records (EHRs).
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Adhere strictly to all telehealth protocols, ethical guidelines, and patient privacy standards (HIPAA).

Required Skills
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California (NP-C, FNP-C, or equivalent).
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Demonstrated experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
