Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate premises, including perimeters, common areas, and designated zones.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarm systems, responding promptly to any irregularities or alerts.
- Control access points, verifying identity of individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the estate.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, daily activities, and visitor logs.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors, addressing inquiries and offering assistance when required.
- Report any suspicious activities, unsafe conditions, or breaches of security protocols to senior officers.
- Assist in emergency situations, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, and natural disasters, following established procedures.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations professionally and courteously.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance security skills and knowledge.
