Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcasts).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Oversee social media campaigns and daily activities, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Analyze social media data, monitor performance, and generate reports to track key metrics and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Educate internal teams on social media best practices and new opportunities.
- Manage and allocate budget for social media activities and campaigns.
- Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders relevant to our industry.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager (at least 3 years)
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with social media publishing and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Familiarity with online marketing and marketing channels
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
