Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of diverse wedding and corporate events, from initial concept development to post-event wrap-up.
- Collaborate closely with clients to define event objectives, themes, budgets, and overall vision, ensuring alignment with their expectations.
- Develop detailed event proposals, comprehensive timelines, meticulous budget plans, and critical path documents to guide project execution.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with a wide array of vendors (caterers, venues, florists, photographers, entertainers, A/V suppliers, etc.), ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee all event logistics including venue selection, spatial layout design, décor arrangements, catering services, entertainment booking, transportation, and guest management.
- Manage event budgets, track all expenses meticulously, and ensure financial targets are met while optimizing resource allocation.
- Conduct thorough site visits and walkthroughs to ensure suitability of venues and facilitate smooth operational flow.
- Coordinate all on-site activities, effectively managing staff, vendors, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise swiftly and efficiently during the event.
- Ensure all events comply with safety regulations, local ordinances, and contractual agreements.

Required Skills
