Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, ensuring a high level of hygiene and restocking supplies as needed.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with site procedures.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Maintain cleanliness of communal areas, corridors, stairwells, and lifts.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or cleaning equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure the correct use and storage of cleaning products and chemicals.
- Follow specific client requirements and schedules for cleaning tasks.
- Represent Mitie in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
