Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and bid them farewell upon departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Efficiently assist guests with the safe handling, loading, and unloading of luggage from vehicles and escorting them to their rooms.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, enhancing guest comfort and experience.
- Run various errands for guests and hotel staff as requested, demonstrating initiative and helpfulness.
- Maintain the cleanliness and impeccable orderliness of the lobby, entrance areas, and bellhop station.
- Deliver messages, newspapers, parcels, and other amenities to guest rooms promptly and courteously.
- Assist the front desk team with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Be thoroughly knowledgeable about and adhere to all hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the front office, concierge, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and seamless guest journey.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, standards, and guest service guidelines.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements and secure taxis or car services when needed.
