Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic packaging machinery safely and efficiently after receiving training.
- Inspect products for quality defects before packaging, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Accurately count, label, and pack finished goods into appropriate containers or boxes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as required, following proper lifting techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues promptly.
- Perform other general production tasks as assigned to support factory operations.
Required Skills
