Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages to customers' homes and businesses following designated routes and schedules.
- Operate delivery vehicles (motorcycles, scooters, or vans) safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit and delivery.
- Utilize delivery tracking systems and handheld devices for real-time updates and proof of delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer support teams regarding delivery status or issues.
- Perform routine checks on delivery vehicles and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Valid Korean motorcycle or driver's license (depending on vehicle type)
- Familiarity with Seoul's geography and street networks, or ability to quickly learn routes using navigation tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights (up to 25kg) and sizes.
- Customer-focused attitude with good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous experience in a delivery or courier role.
- Experience using GPS navigation and delivery management applications.
