Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients according to provided lists and scripts.
- Clearly and concisely communicate information about products, services, or campaigns.
- Build rapport and engage with prospects to understand their needs and interest levels.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made, leads generated, or appointments set.
- Accurately record and update customer information and call outcomes in the database.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call quality standards.
- Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Handle objections professionally and persuasively.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
