Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspections of the estate grounds and buildings, identifying and addressing maintenance needs promptly.
- Conduct minor repairs and general upkeep across the property, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Ensure the security of the estate, including monitoring alarm systems, gates, and perimeters.
- Oversee and participate in garden and landscape maintenance, including watering, pruning, and ensuring overall cleanliness.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, maintenance, and projects (e.g., HVAC, pest control, major landscaping).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of communal areas, outbuildings, and immediate surroundings.
- Assist with household errands or tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a helpful attitude.
- Monitor utility systems (water, electricity, generator) and ensure efficient operation.
- Respond to emergencies or urgent issues related to the property outside of regular hours, as needed.
