Key Responsibilities
- Execute photographic assignments for events (corporate, social, public) and commercial projects (product, lifestyle, architectural, portraiture) with creativity and precision.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and specific requirements for each shoot.
- Plan and prepare for shoots, including scouting locations, arranging props, and testing equipment.
- Utilize professional-grade camera equipment, lighting setups, and accessories effectively to achieve desired results.
- Conduct comprehensive post-production work, including culling, editing, retouching, and color grading images using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Ensure timely delivery of high-resolution, client-ready images in specified formats.
- Maintain and manage your own professional photography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Actively contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Adhere to project timelines and budgets while maintaining high standards of quality.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a professional photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing event and commercial work.
- Expert proficiency in operating professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras and various lenses.
- Advanced knowledge of lighting techniques, both natural and artificial (strobes, continuous lights).
- Mastery of photo editing software, including Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and briefing.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Ownership of professional-grade photography equipment and necessary accessories.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different shooting environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Experience with videography and video editing is a plus.
