Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Accurately record inventory data using company-specific inventory management systems.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse or storage areas to ensure efficient space utilization and easy accessibility of items.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records, identifying and investigating discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low stock or potential shortages to management.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow and address any related issues.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to inventory control and safety.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support inventory operations.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and eager to learn new processes and systems.
