Key Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, perming, and various hair treatments, tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
- Perform comprehensive beauty therapy services, including professional manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, therapeutic facials, meticulous waxing, and lash/brow treatments.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, recommend appropriate services and products, and ensure client satisfaction with every visit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Stay updated on current beauty trends, product knowledge, and industry best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Actively promote and sell salon products and services, educating clients on home care routines to extend salon results.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensure timely service delivery, and assist with salon reception duties as needed.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
