Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments, including history taking, symptom evaluation, and appropriate diagnostic ordering.
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses within the scope of practice via telehealth platforms.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, including medication management and lifestyle recommendations.
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed electronic health records (EHR) of all patient encounters.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as professional practice standards and ethical guidelines for telehealth.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in California.
- Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP).
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care, urgent care, or equivalent setting.
- Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic reasoning abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a patient panel effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, private home office space.

- Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual patient care delivery.
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) to serve diverse patient populations.
