Career.supersecrets is seeking a highly motivated and organized Online Learning Coordinator to join our expanding remote team. Your primary focus will be on managing the operational aspects of our online courses, from content upload and platform maintenance to student support and instructor liaison.
You will be responsible for scheduling live sessions, monitoring student progress, facilitating communication within learning communities, and collecting feedback to continually improve our offerings. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of online courses, including setup, launch, and ongoing support.
- Upload, organize, and maintain course content (videos, documents, quizzes) on our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor student engagement and progress, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Act as a primary point of contact for student inquiries, providing timely and helpful assistance.
- Liaise with instructors and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and timely delivery.
- Schedule and coordinate live online sessions, webinars, and virtual workshops.
- Collect and analyze feedback from students and instructors to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new online learning initiatives and features.
- Maintain accurate records of course participation, completion, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging promotional materials for online courses.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations related to online education.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Teachable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience in customer service or support roles.
